Cooking Mama, The Unauthorized PETA Edition: Mama Kills Animals

Yes, it's an actual game. No, I don't think they asked if they could use it because there are no licensing notices on the site. Yes, I freaking love Cooking Mama, and this made it more enjoyable eating turkey that it made me hungry.

Yes, I'm a sick sick meat-tarian. Deal with it.

I don't think he'll ever get a date. The more you read the more disgusted you'll be. Enjoy:

I'm a huge nerd when it comes to classic video gaming, and I've been checking regularly on this site, so I thought I'd share it with you guys.

8bitpeoples is an awesome site. It's a place for 8 bit artists to showcase their work. Nearly everything on their site is downloadable for free, and it's 100% 8-bit music.

My personal favorite right now is Bitshifter. Very catchy tunes that you can almost swear you've played a video game that's used it, but can't quite place it.

Definitely worth a listen!

If you have no clue what a Wootoff is, then Let me start at the beginning:

There's this site Called WOOT.com. It stands for "Want One Of Those". This site has a new deal every day and only one deal, so when an item is out, it is out! this idea has even spawned other sites like shirt.woot and wine.woot.

This site makes bank by offering massive deals on what they can get, which is usually quite a lot. Then they pull this deal once a month called a woot off. When an item sells out, the sale isn't done for the day, it goes to a new item! Sometimes this kind of sale can go for as long as 2 days, which was the case for yesterday and today.

It's always entertaining to see what items come up for sale, though I've never actually bought anything on this site. Then I saw the very last item they had on the wootoff. Bacon Salt.

I couldn't control myself.

I got a 3 pack of each kind of bacon salt for $6.99 (it's usually $5 a bottle in stores!), so I broke my Wootginity in style.... WITH BACON!!!

I'm so excited, I think I'll start doing the happy dance every day the mailman comes.

Woot! It works! I just installed LJ.net, a posting thingy that makes it so I don't have to use the website to make my posts (honestly, the text editor in the site crashes on me about 50% of the time). It even pulled up what music I was listening to.... though with that extra bit of information, it may cause you all to question my sanity even more *peers around intently*

Anywho... will post more later whilst at work. I start my swatches for my ds and laptop case today!

'Ta.

I figured out how to set up a knitting progress bar! It's kinda lame because LJ doesn't allow javascript, but I found a site that lets you create custom progress bars, I just did them in 5% increments (plus 1% and 99%), saved them in photobucket, and viola!

I feel so smart ^_^

So I did. I finally decided to upgrade my account to a Plus account. I don't really mind the ads because I have Firefox set up to hide them. I want to set it up so that I can utilize a sidebar to show knitting progresses, but not sure how to go about doing it. If anyone knows, please let me know!

I am getting bitter with Myspace.... I've gone from just deleting scam account invites to swearing at people.

I'm contemplating getting rid of my account.
