Well, more things seem to point to good news. Oh, and just to break the suspense... I have no fucking clue if I got the job or not.
Anywho...
So I get there and I tell the lady at the front I'm back for my interview. She leaves and comes back with YET MORE paperwork to fill out. This time it's a background check and whatnot, and I've only had to do those when people want to hire me and just want to make sure I'm safe.
After I fill out the paperwork I sit around for about 10 minutes and two ladies come out to interview me. A team interview? I joked with them and said I felt a bit outnumbered. All in all I think the interview went well, it lasted about an hour. they were curious why I was so eager to leave my current job and why there was a 6 month gap between jobs last year (knee surgery, leaving out the whole depression bit).
After the interview, they had me go out on the floor and listen to a few calls. They sit me with this guy who has like a BAZILLION awards on his desk, they were very distracting. I think this was another test, because I noticed a sheet on his desk as he took calls. It was a questionnaire about what I did during the y-jacking.
After that was all done they took me BACK into the interviewing room and asked if I had any more questions. I had a few about the call floor, and I felt they were pretty intelligent questions.
They then told me that they would keep in touch after their other interviews are done.
So here's to another week of wishin' and hopin'..... and prayin' and wishin'......
Aww crap. I got oldies stuck in my head now... and I can only remember the chorus.... Dammit.
