Finally stopped staying status quo and have started to lose weight. Albeit like .5 pounds a week, but it is happening. Going to see what I can do to accelerate this momentum. Friend suggested celery and turkey sandwiches. Turkey I can do... but celery just gets to me.
Going to give it a week, to see if I can get over the taste. My goal is to drop down to 220 by next spring. That way I'm low enough weight to ride an electric bike. And yes, I will only use it in "pedal assist" mode while going up hills.
I'm getting tired of breaking out in a sweat just walking through a mall. Tired of being 300 lbs. Tired of having and extra half of me to drag around everywhere.
I'm down to 296 right now. Let's do this.
