In other (better) News...

While on my way to work, Jake called my lawyer to find out what the good news is that she hinted at in my message on friday. They have settled for the maximum amount. I'm so glad it's freakin' over! From doctors telling me I'm fine and to just deal with it, to surgery, to going to physical therapy before and after surgery, and finally getting a brace, I don't have to deal with the insurance crap any longer. Plus, since they settled for the maximum amount, I'm getting a bit more than I expected. Bonus!

It's really weird though. I think about all the cool stuff I could by with it (computer, PSP, Wii, games, YARN, etc.), but mostly what I think about is putting it towards our home.

*slaps self* what is going on with me?!?

Mebbe I'll spend just a wee little on something nummy for the tumbly (e.g. Sushi mmmmmm....)
